Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and policies - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics sales - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong knowledge of the products being sold and the ability to educate customers on their features and benefits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Note:
