Ramsey Funeral Home is seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in a multi line phone system and computer literacy, and have previous experience in a busy office setting.
Duties:
- Greet our customer and provide them with a warm welcome - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Maintain files - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes - Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and Google Suite - Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of computerized appointment scheduling systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
