As a Bartender, your number one focus is hosting the ultimate guest experience one cocktail at a time.
We are seeking energetic, focused and fun-loving Team Members with a passion for mixology and superior customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ASSIGNED:
Prepares cocktails, serves wine, draft or bottled beer Requisitions and stocks products Collects payment and records transactions with special attention paid to accurately transacting Tier Resort Benefit Card discounts for our Players.
Collaborate with Beverage TEAM to ensure a high-quality guest experience Keeps bar area clean, including ice bins, wells and bus areas Responsible for executing all aspects of opening and closing bar Practice and promote Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) policies as needed Check identification of any guest that looks under 30, never serve a guest without proper ID, with special attention paid to matching IDs with Tier Resort Benefit Card holding Players.
Track and report product shortages, spoilage and waste Promote Casino amenities, gaming promotions and events Practice and Promote ALL service health and safety regulations and procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to multi-task and have knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
They will need to able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1
years of bartender experience.
Casino bartending experience is a bonus! LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public in a courteous manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Must have the ability to effectively Problem Solve which may involve several variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to monitor activities, communicate and listen.
The individual is also regularly required to bend, stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift push, pull and use hand/eye coordination.
Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
When on the Casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.
The Casino is a smoking environment, and the team member must be able to work in a smoke-filled atmosphere.
Must be able to work in restricted space.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
