Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Maintenance and Engineering Manager Description:   Directs and controls the activities of the maintenance function to ensure that all production and support equipment is maintained at levels which are as efficient and reliable as possible. Ensures that the facility itself is maintained and is a safe work environment. Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative support, and leadership for the maintenance department Ensures machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital, maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources Assist HS&E Manager with plant environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations Support and manage the RCM process in the plant, as well as, in the Division, ensuring application and advancement of the RCM process. Provide long-range planning for facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs Develops, implements, and oversees predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs Coaches and develops training plans for all maintenance technicians Supervises the Maintenance Technicians, Storeroom, and Project Engineer. Required Skills Proven track record of identifying opportunities and the ability to recommend and implement improvements Project Management Leader with exceptional communication skills, good organization, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Previous environmental experience is a plus Required Experience 5-10 years maintenance experience preferred including: Computer Maintenance Management Systems (preferably SAP) Planning and Scheduling Preventative/Predictive/Precision Maintenance Central Stores Management Reliability Engineering 5025-159

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
